FEARLESS COLLEGIATE: Spring Break 101- Swimwear Shopping
One piece, Two-piece, Red piece, Blue piece…this year’s swimsuits seem to be all about bold. But never mind the trends, step out on the beach as a bold YOU! Spring Break season is approaching and, most of us girls are frantically on the hunt for the perfect swimsuits. No FEAR ladies, we got you covered!
If you’re an online shopping lover like myself, there are several sites currently offering great deals on swimwear. Asos.com has the best prices and selection to choose from, with suit pieces starting as low as $4! Not only are they affordable but also, they offer styles and sizes for those of us with extra curves. They also offer free shipping on all their products and from personal experience their delivery usually takes no longer than 5 business days. Sites like Urbanoutfitters.com and Freepeople.com also offer a very eclectic and trendy collection of swimwear, however be prepared shell out a few extra bucks for their fashions.
For those of you who prefer a more hands-on shopping experience, Target is always a great starting place, and perfect for a student budget. If you’re worried about seeing your same suit on the beach, don’t be. Stores like Target make it easy to mix and match with a variety of patterned and solid bikinis or go for some of their cute and sexy monokinis, many cut in all the right places to give your body a more flattering look. Seeking more classic looks on the beach? American Apparel specializes in the vintage high-waist cut suits and metallics that will have you stylishly glowing in the sand or poolside.
